Wock Oliver's Reverse Osmosis Systems

Wock-Oliver Reverse Osmosis Systems  when compared against others found to be more reliable and cost effective. Wock-Oliver’s Reverse Osmosis Systems shows very low operating cost in addition to excellent salt rejection and high performance. Wock-Oliver provides systems ranging from 5 LPH to 2 lacs LPH as per client’s requirement.

To tip the scales even more, our Reverse Osmosis systems are backed by the best quality material, specially design multi stage Reverse Osmosis pumps and highly reliable instruments to provide trouble free performance of our system.

  Reverse Osmosis Process

The Reverse Osmosis Process uses semi permeable spiral-wound membranes to separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, pyrogens, submicron colloidal matter and bacteria from water. Feed water is delivered under pressure of about 200 psi through the permeators, where water permeates the minute pores of the membrane and is delivered as purified product water. Impurities in the water are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed to drain. Reverse osmosis is capable of removing 90-98 % of the total dissolved solids (TDS), 99% of the organics (including pyrogens) and 99% of all bacteria.
